You have a disk failed, on bay 9

LOGICAL DRIVE 0
Logical Drive Status................ USING INTERIM RECOVERY MODE
2: 9 <-- NOT RESPONDING

All disks are model BD036659CC - spare 177986-001

Also, both batteries appear as failed

Cache Configuration Status.......... write cache temporarily disabled (code=1)
Battery Pack Count.................. 2
Battery Status (pack #1)............ FAILED
Battery Status (pack #2)............ FAILED

Smart Array has firmware 1.92, latest one is 2.84

There's a bug on firmware below 2.48 that makes the Smart Array show the batteries as failed, you should update firmware and see if they are reported correctly.
