Struglling to Identify faulty disk(s) from HP ADU Diag Report

I have been having issues with my disks, but after looking at the ADU Diag report i am strugling to identify which disks are failing due to the wealth of information provided. I have an idea of which disks but is someone able to clarify the culprit(s) for me othersise this could be a costly exercise replacing disks unnecessarily.
