Fabric Manager Port Monitoring

I am running Fabric Manager 5.2.0 and are trying to set up monitoring of port Tx/Rx traffic to troubleshoot a problem. However I cannot get this configured. I don't have Performance Licenses but I only need those for End-To-End. Any hints as to what I have missed?
