Re: How to Replace cache Batteries ?

Hello Digi,

This is really easy. Usually HP does.
Just pull out the blinking Battery and replace with the new one.

it usually takes about 24 hours to fully charge.

you can monitor this in the CV.

Re: How to Replace cache Batteries ?

As said in the first answer, the procedure may depend on the firmware version. If unsure, ask the support.

Hope this helps!

Re: How to Replace cache Batteries ?

I think the changeover from hp.com to hpe.com screwed up the original link.  Here's an updated one (for EVA5000, but same thing)  http://h20566.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?sp4ts.oid=321347&docId=emr_na-c00024681&lang=en-us&cc=us
