HP SAN Storage GUI
Greetings,
Is there a SAN Storage GUI for the EVA SAN besides the HP Commandview? I would like to be able to see how much is the DB is using and how much is the archive redo logs is currently using. Sort of like a pie chart showing disk space usage and performance.
What do you folks use with your SAN Storage environment?
Thank you in advance.
Jorge

Re: HP SAN Storage GUI
Any management software for the device (like commandview for EVA or commandview for VA or commandview for XP) cannot see "into" the filesystem. From here you can see only the amount of space assigned to a server. You don't know what the server does with this space. You need a tool based on the server that is using this space to analyze.
I guess the Storage essentials software can help you on this and many many other points.

Hope this helps!
