Color Laserjet MPF 476 nw won`t Print mor e than 1 page

I got an ne Color Laserjet MPF 476 nw running with windows 8.1 over Network

 

if I print a doc, he does a restart afther the first page (Panelsoftware restart) .  

It`s not working from all windows 8.1 PC 

 

We reinstalled driver new

We used al testtools we found on hp.com

we made a other nw connection 

 

...  nothing is working. 

 

BUT

 

If we pront from win10 (testpc) than it`s working. 

What`s wrong?
