How do I disable Just In Time authentication in Windows 10?

Every time I plug an external drive in with a USB into my new lap top I get a jJUST IN TIME AUTHENTICATION demand for my password or fingerprint.......which is only good for 15 minutes.   This drives me nuts and I wish to disable this annoying feature.    Any help would be appreciated.     thanks     Rabones
