how to use hotspot on a hp Probook 450 G3

Hi,

I am using a hp ProBook 450 G3 laptop. My current OS is Windows 10. I have been trying to use hotspot on my laptop seeing the tutorials found in YouTube, but everytime I failed for various reasons.

Now is there anyway to solve this problem?

How can I use hotspot on my pc?
