HP ALM Personal Win 10 install version for Training

I am looking to fully leverage the capabilities of HP ALM / QC application.  I should be able to install the entire application on my Win 10 laptop and practice.  Is there a stand-alone version avaialble wherein I dont have to install any other server, database, etc. but still use it?  Is there a full version that is free lincense?

HP ALM/QC is part of a different company named " Micro Focus " . So you will need to repost your question to the Micro Focus Community at https://community.softwaregrp.com/
