HP Color Laserjet M476NW keeps self rebooting for every ~30 seconds

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have a HP Color Laserjet M476NW keeps self rebooting for every ~30 seconds.  I have reset the NVRAM.  It even goes to the start-up wizard by asking language.  (The screen only holds ~3 seonds after ~27 seconds start-up and reboot again)  Not sure what's wrong with the printer
