HP Device Manager 4.7 SP9 - No tasks available

Currently testing HP Device Manager - I've got the software installed and it can see my Thin Client.

(List numbers corresponds to numbers on the screenshot)

1. All Task Templates are empty - I'm sure there should be a load of pre-populated tasks in here start _xx but there aren't any? 

2. Task button is greyed out - Not sure why?

3. When I right click the device and select "Send Task" it loads a blank "Template Chooser"

Any help is much appreciated, I've been scratching my head for hours with this now!

I've tried searching online for solutions, either my google-fu is weak today or there is very little documentation regarding troubleshooting this software.
