HP does not care

Bought a new TX2 less than 6 months ago went back for service twice says no problem, finally send a home tech out and he says the machine should be replaced. HP agreed to replace unit took 4 days to get retuen box, then they sent a ground shipment notice and now they sayy they have no idea when new unit will be shipped. Maube in 2 weeks who knows. Customer Escalation manager shows no concern of problem case 3 7501243862 if HP cares to contact me. NEXT JOKE do not buy hp

Hi Robert,

You've got all my sympathy but there is nothing much I can do. This said, it'd be a good idea to call the reseller upon support. The shop manager might be better placed to putting the stress on HP's guys.

Frustrations surmounted are paving the way to expertise.
