HP Pavillion Slimline not recognizing devices HELP !!!

Hello,

I'm new to this but I hope someone can help me. I have 2 hipstreet MP3 players that plug into a port on my computer.

They both used to automatically pull up what was on the MP3 showing it in MY COMPUTER under devices. Now nothing

shows up except my DVD drive. I think it has something to do with the media player but I'm not real computer savy so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
