hp t5740 thin client loading operating system

I purchased 5 of these units used they do not have the operating system loaded and i am having trouble determiniing how to make usb flash drives to load the operating system.   there is a white page that talks about this but it assumes that you have down loaded the thin client imaging tool.  I am not finding this anywhere.  Perhaps i am not even going about this correctly..   I just want to be able to operate the devices does anyone have a suggestion for me?
