Painful experience with HP

Dear Sir

My experience with HP is very painful.
I have been calling and following up with your team since more than 25 days.
I registered my case on 11th Dec 2018.but received the quarter service today
I called in customer care which took almost an hour.its waste of time because result is nothing.
I coordinated with following persons

I got an email stated that coordinate with these numbers which are following


After 27 days ,a technical guy has come and replace the key board.
My laptop has heating as well as running very slow.even I am unable to
open the internet browser.and laptop configuration is core i7 8 GB RAM.what is the meaning of buying such a heavy configuration is a waste of money.

I would like to suggest you don't waste money only in marketing.but do support the customers also.
Please take some serious action or should I consult consumer court?

I tried to reach you guys through face book messanger also but result is nothing.
My laptop warranty will be ended this month's January 2019.
I want a result within 2 working days my work and everything is getting affected.
Please do the needful at earliest.
