Poor after sales service
Hi,
I bought new HP laptop (Buy HP Pavilion x360 14-cd0053TX) from Reliance store on 15th Aug 2018. When start using it from 16th found it is hanging. Called HP help desk and register complaint (5018735100), they suggested to download window patches but issue not resolved.
In last 10 days me and my daughter called HP service desk several times and they did lot of checks but till now theya re not able to resolve the problem.
I bought this laptop for my daugher studies but unfortunately she is not able to use it because of poor after sales service of HP
Now i am planning to visit HP Director/CEO and will gift this laptop to them and will new laptop for other make laptop and will sue them all consumer forums (National and International).
