recycling of HP cartridges

Hi,

I want to make recycling of HP cartridge Morocco, they said yes they can process the cartridges, but they can not give me a report. for quality service.
Thank you a lot.

je veux faire le recyclage des cartouches, HP maroc m'ont dit oui ils pouvant traiter les cartouches, mais ils ne pouvant pas me donne un rapport de recyclage ou de destruction des cartouches. c'est pour le service qualité.
