UFT 14.X - UFT not opening after showing splash screen for validating license in the trial version

I have installed UFT 14.0 trial version on my laptop. Although the installation was smooth, I am unable to proceed beyond the splash screen as it closes after showing "Validating License" in the splash and then it automatically closes. I don't get the popup to continue using trial license. Please help.

My system Info:

OS: Windows 10 Home, RAM: 8GB, Type: 64 Bit

UAC Setting: Lowest (Never Notify)

Attached are the HP UFT logs which shows a lot of errors in the licensing and missing files errors.
