certifacado migrate my account to my new hp

Hi:

 

My name is Jamie  Jonathan Espejo Sosa and I have the problem with my certificate Data Protector.

my certificate was created with an account and an email that I can not remember and I've created a new account and I need to download my certificate in Spanish but my account is not associated with my certificate.
help please.
