No Certificate for HP0-M52

While at Discover I took and passed HP0-M52

HP Learner ID: PL71853044

Registration ID: 249280434

I never received a confirmation email and it does not show up in My Benefits. I took and passed two additional tests and received confirmation on those.

What can I do to get this taken care of?

Hi!

 

First of all, congratulations on passing those exams at HP Discover!!

 

If you are missing an exam from your transcript you can either send an email to our support team at expertonesupport.na@hp.com or you can visit our HP ExpertOne web page at http://www.hp.com/go/ExpertOne and click on the "Live Chat" option at the top left hand side of the home page.  This Live Chat is in a testing phase right now so the hours and availability may be limited.
