What is the expected date to get my certificate?

Greetings, I successfully passed HP0-Y30 exam on July 21. I can not see my certificate in my benefit page. What is the expected date to get my certificate?

First of all, congratulations on passing the Y30 exam!  Great job!!

To access your transcript and certificate, you can log back into The Learning Center and should see your results, etc. within 48 hours of passing the exam.  If you don't see anything by end-of-day tomorrow, please contact PearsonVUE and they will be able to help you.

Hi,

Try these steps to see if they work for you...

Log into Partner Portal. Click on Train and Certify. On the lower part of the page click on 'Certification Program' under 'Details' tab, you will then see 'For Certified Professional only'..Click on 'e'certificate'.

If that doesn't help, please let us know!
