I was on www.hp.com. What I typicaly do is use hp.com as a source of information and cut and paste the links where applicable on to the user support forum. The user support forum has been miserably slow as well as www.hp.com. There have been days when I just gave up on getting into the site(User support Forum). I don't think it is my end since Google comes up in a matter of seconds. I am on a 6 Mbits/sec dsl

I had signed onto the forum and was waiting for the page to load and it hung IE8. I had a heck of a time closing IE8 and it sent an error report to MS
