Business Copy EVA

We are currently have business copy 2.1a and want to upgrade to 2.2. Is there a cost associated with this? It looks like you can download it but the FAQs say otherwise?????

I beleive that WEB-updates are free, provided that you have a license for the base product. Can you point us to the FAQ?
