W2200 reboots after post and repeats this cycle.

my w2200 web appliance turns on, counts 256Mb memory, then turns off for 60 seconds. then turns on and repeats this cycle.

Can anyone help?

I've swapped CPUs, swapped memory, cleared the bios, swapped cmos batteries, with no success.

Please help!
