DL320 G2 - PCI Bus Parity Error PCI Slot 00

Hi
I've just configured a brand new DL320 with W2K OS and basically left it in the rack switched on before doing anything to. On two consecutive days I've come in in the morning and the machine has shutdown with this error message on boot

PCI Bus Parity Error PCI Slot 00.

Is this a hardware failure or is there something I need to configure.

I had this error on a ML350 G2. I updated the bios firmware and it reoslved the issue.

If there is any device in that slot also update drivers.
