Hunt Group Not Immediately Going to Voicemail When Everyone Logged out

I have a customer who needs a hunt group to go straight to voicemail and not ring from time to time. Even though everyone is logged out of the group, the calls are not immediately going to voicemail. 

I could setup a coverage rule to go to voicemail, but everytime they need this to take place they would need to change the coverage rule.

This is a vcx connect 100 on 8.0.4e.

Hi Nintendo1889,

Check the box in the hunt group labeled "Override Total Timeout". That will send calls to the hunt group immediately to the hunt group's coverage point when no one is logged into the hunt group.
