Here's the URL for the manual.
I suspect that if this is a "pay-for-use" product then you'll need to contact your HP Rep.
Else everything's available on software.hp.com.
Just search judiciously.

I've printed out the white papers... thanks! But where do I get the actual binary to run on hpux 11.31 (v3)
The PDF leads me to

But that only seems to have the v1, v2 version... ??

Install cv on windows, you will get the evaperf. You should interact with the windows cv to you hpux 11.31 box
