On a rx6600 those paths look like the Core I/O USB ports on th rear of the system - hid = human interface device, so possibly someone tried to plug in a USB mouse and keyboard?

Not convined that this would have caused the system to reboot though - anything in /etc/shutdownlog that corresponds to this time?

Re: insf => usbcomposite then shutdown

What does the shutdownlog say?

Looks like someone did a shutdown ...

Hope this helps!

Re: insf => usbcomposite then shutdown

One thing I see is that there was approximately 8 minutes between the 'insf' and when the system went down.  Because of that time difference, I seriously doubt that the 'insf' had anything to do with the system going down.

Agree with those above that the /etc/shutdownlog should shed some light on this.

Re: insf => usbcomposite then shutdown

Hello,

the shutdown log doesn't say anything

I figured out from the MP logs, that the power supply is KO, then someone has powerd off the server ...
