Hello,
I have rx6600 with HPUX v3, I find something strange last night,
these are the last lines of my syslog,
looks like the server found new usb bus, insf then reboot !!
no dump, no crash were made
any suggestion please?

On a rx6600 those paths look like the Core I/O USB ports on th rear of the system - hid = human interface device, so possibly someone tried to plug in a USB mouse and keyboard?
Not convined that this would have caused the system to reboot though - anything in /etc/shutdownlog that corresponds to this time?

One thing I see is that there was approximately 8 minutes between the 'insf' and when the system went down. Because of that time difference, I seriously doubt that the 'insf' had anything to do with the system going down.
Agree with those above that the /etc/shutdownlog should shed some light on this.

the shutdown log doesn't say anything
I figured out from the MP logs, that the power supply is KO, then someone has powerd off the server ...
