loging issue "Your account has expired or has been locked."
Hi Team,
I am using HP-UX 11.31 HAOE have a sap user adm.
When I am trying to rlogin to an other server below massage is appearing.
db:[/]# su - adm
db:adm> rlogin ap1 -l adm
Your account has expired or has been locked.
Connection closed.
Please help to resolve this issue.

It appears as if the adm account on your AP1 server has been locked.
Log into the AP1 server, as root, and check the account.
How is the system set up? Is it trusted? Are you using the /etc/shadow file? The method used to unlock the account is dependent on this.

go to sam--> users and account--> select user---> Action--> hit unlock user.

In case of a trusted system, use the below command to unlock the user account:
# /usr/lbin/modprpw -k user_name
If the root user account is locked, then you need to boot the system in single user mode and then run the below command to unlock the root user.
# /usr/lbin/modprpw -k root
