Can't access 2200MX with Adaptec 29160 on Proliant DL580

Can't access 2200MX with Adaptec 29160 on Proliant DL580

We are using FileNet and we can configure filenet to use the 2200MX because something seemd to grab the optical drives before FileNet can. HP Storageworks can see the library and drives if removable storage is off. If on, it can not access the library. Has anyone set up this type of configuration or have any thoughts on this issue?
