Replication software

We are looking to replicate IIS and SQL servers to DR sites and are looking at xosoft and doubletake. Anybody using any of these products and have any insight on their performance and how they perform in real situations? Thanks.

What version of SQL are you running?
Have you ever tried using the mirroring option in SQL? We just put that in place and is working suprisngly well.
