Problems printing Excel files to Laserjet 2430

Recently purchased Laserjet 2430tn and there are problems when printing Excel forms. Any data that is typed into an Excel form with an existing template does not show up on the printer output. The only thing that prints out is the template. Have tried PCL 5e and 6 drivers that came with printer along with the updated drivers from HP website. Got the same result with all of the drivers.

Sounds like something in the templates is still looking for the old printer.

Does the data show up in File, Print Preview?

Does the correct printer show in File, Print?

Could the font that the data is in be a problem? Perhaps it uses a font unsupported by the printer driver? Try changing the font of the data to something simple like Times New Roman or Arial or another font with the TT in front.

It looks ok in the print preview and it is definitely directed to the correct printer. There are several different Excel templates, so the fonts have to be changed on all the files?

One more thing, the Excel documents print fine when I'm logged in as a Domain Admin. When the printer was first installed, there were no problems printing Excel files until the user rebooted their PC.
