whenever you set dynamic IP in your PC, which subnet IP you got?

may be in DHCP server end you have system firewall or network firewall. you can check with your network guy's.

Hi,

If you are sure that there are no firewall involved anywhere in the lan setup, then check the /var/adm/inetd.sec file.

man inetd.sec for details.

Hi,

Give following output

Re: I can’t telnet to my server from my PC with dynamic IP

I remember something about needing to be able to resolve the IP address to a host name in order for telnet to work, but that may have been only for a secure HP-UX system.

Re: I can’t telnet to my server from my PC with dynamic IP

Hi

When I set the dynamic IP I get the same subnet in all PC (10.8.33.89), and I sure
that the firewall has nothing to do because another PC it is working
and the which I canâ t to work telnet to it is Management Processor MP in two server
how to applying this command
check the /var/adm/inetd.sec file. And man inetd.sec for details.
ipconfig /all. And cat /var/adm/inetd.sec

Note: I am change the MP IP by cross cable from a server from 10.8.0.50 to
New subnet 10.15.0.51 by using lc command
