DHCP not authorized to service clients?
Single server (test lab) running Windows 2000 as a domain controler. Has both DNS and DHCP.
DHCP is configured but doesn't work. In the event log I get the error:
Event: 1051
The DHCP/BINL has determined that it is not authorized to service clients on this network for the domain: mydomain.com
What's going on?

Re: DHCP not authorized to service clients?
Goofy me... I found it.
I had to right click on the server in DHCP manager and choose "Authorize."
Does this mean I can give myself points?

Re: DHCP not authorized to service clients?
Yeah, right!
