ML 110 Boot Error - BIOS?

I have a ML 100 G5 series server running Windows Storage Server 2003 x64. Today the server would not boot past the HP logo screen. I was able to ESC to view the summary and boot progress and after the RAM counts in POST i get the following error:

[ERROR] completion code failure D0. Any ideas out there? TIA
