ML350 wont boot up and stay on the diagnostic screen

Hi All,

We have a ML350 G4p server with 5 scsi HDD drives on RAID 5.
The sevrer was shutdown for normally but when we wanted to start it up it doesn't boot.
After checking the HDD drives, the server shows a screen of Diagnostic Utility with three choices :
-Memory Test
-CPU Test
-Boot Disk Test

However, when i want to use the keyboard to make a choice, the keyboard don't work. I changed the keyboard and the problem is still the same.

Can you pls assist.
