Mouse/Keyboard Inop

I have had this happen on several DL380's. They have RILO boards, currently not configured, and the Mouse/Keyboard stops functioning. Any ideas?

Re: Mouse/Keyboard Inop

- make sure that the iLOs in those servers are disabled in iLO RBSU. Newer versions of iLO firmware self-disable when a RILOE is present. This will prevent any conflicts with keyboard and mouse.

- make sure your RILOE boards are running current firmware. The latest RILOE firmware (version 2.53) can be downloaded here:

- Make sure that the internal RILOE ribbon cable is installed. If not, use the external adapter cable.
