SIM 4.2 sp2---ilo issues
My clients servers are running SIM 4.2/sp2, PSP is at 7.10 and reporting a minor error that the iLo is below rev, after updating it to 1.82 I am getting a major error in SIM with a link error. Updating to PSP 7.30 did not help neither did a loop back plug, I have also tried updating PSP 7.30 first still gets the error.

If iLO is not plugged in (why not?), then you must remove the 'Remote Insight' module to inactive in the Control Panel applet for the HP Management Agents.

Re: SIM 4.2 sp2---ilo issues
Thanks David,
Could you tell me how to get to the control panel applet, I do not have access to SIM at this time it must go though the client server team.

At the system in question Start --> Control Panel --> HP Management Agents
