RILOE II errors after firmware upgrade to 1.20
From the RILOE II host server HP System Mgmt,
it is reported that the NVRAM Write/Read/Verify failed the self test.
Beside that, the event log for the host server also reported RILOE II error '256' , SNMP Trap :9005 in CPQSM2.MIB.
The firmware version currently use is version 1.20 and with this attachment are the screen captures for the error.

Re: RILOE II errors after firmware upgrade to 1.20
This problem and solution is discussed in another thread, here:
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/bizsupport/questionanswer.do?threadId=1006583
I believe it is a one-time upgrade hiccup that has had an advisory issued in the past. It can be cleared by resetting the RILOE board from the sysem management home page.

Re: RILOE II errors after firmware upgrade to 1.20
There is a customer advisory explaining this error but for the RILOE-1 card:
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?objectID=PSD_ES040421_CW01
Looks like this is a one time error because something changed in the NVRAM between versions. Try resetting the RILOE-II card and let us know if you still get the error.
