How to make sub-agent stay inactive

Since we don't use ILO on a number of servers I have made the sub-agent "Remote Insight Information" inactive.

Everytime we upgrade the HP applications the sub-agent turns active again.

Is there another way to change this than by the control panel?

If you don't install the iLO driver then the subagent won't even load...
