HPSIM collecting from Ilo-port

G'day mates!
I wonder if i can set up a HP SIM server on an iLO-subnetwork only. But still collect traps from the iLO-board displaying everything about the servers hardware. I will not have access through this HP SIM server to the LAN-ports (ip-subnet) of the servers, only the iLO-ports.

This will work but only up to a point. iLO can forward SNMP traffic back and forth from the host management agent, but the host needs also to be discovered and identified in HP SIM. And when the time comes to investigate further, you will need access to the System Management Homepage as that is the UI for the management agents.

Thanks for the swift answer David, i will have to setup the lab-server and try it out then.
