Lost Connection to ILO after System Management Homepage update
Hi
I just installed several HP driver/firmware updates to my ML350G5 / SBS 2003 R2 server. One of them were unfortunatelly System Management Homepage 3.0.1.73 (6 May 2009). I wasn't too sure what to answer to the questions when updating the SW. Now I can't access the server through ILO anymore. Not locally on the server nor remotely from Internet. I have changed the SSL port to 44444 from default.
I can open the System Management Homepage but I don't know which settings I need to change there.
How can I get my ILO back? I'm a beginner with ILO.
Thanks,
Juha

Re: Lost Connection to ILO after System Management Homepage update
Where have you changed the SSL port to 44444? Is it in iLO settings? Then you need to specify the port number when using iLO URL. If you don't specify the port then it will use the default SSL port.
You can use HPONCFG from the host OS to check the iLO settings (specifically network settings). HPONCFG GUI is available for Windows which can be used to check the basic iLO settings.
