About IPMI on iLO3

Can iLO3 support use IPMI "out of band" commands to get mainboard integration NIC information(such as NIC physical address information) ? How to use the command?

This command is ok? And how to define the hex parameters of the RAW command?
C:>ipmitool.exe -I lanplus -H xx.xx.xx.xx -U root -P rootroot raw 0x30 0x90 0x01 0x00 0x01
