How can I set up vlan on officeconnect adsl router

I have a 3com officeconnect wireless adsl firewall router. I noticed that it supports Vlan (802.1q). I am trying to connect 2 different network segments together using vlan. Can anyone help me how to set vlan up using my router? How many 3com officeconnect wireless adsl firewall router do I need to have in the vlan setup? Thanks.

without knowledge which device exactly you are using, we cant make a statement on this issue.



pelase try to provide us with the exact router model (the device should have a factory label where the exact model designator is being printed), then we can check if you can configure VLANs or if the device just supports tagged packets.

Thank you for your reply. For your information, my device is known as OfficeConnect ADSL wireless 54Mbps 11g Firewall Router, model no 3CRWDR101A-75. It supports vlan (802.1q). The router menu has Vlan option to choose. I do not know how to set it up. Do you know anyone who set up vlan using the device that I mentioned?
