5406 procurve OSPF and VRRP problem

Hi,

my problem is from last 3 days my network is going down every after 5 mins.

i checked the network and replaced the braodcasting switch, but the problem is not solved.

i checked the logs on core switch but not able to understand the logs, please can anyone help me on this.

there i am seeing a lot of statements like below

can anyone tell me what this means .

now i did shut my failover core and just running primary switch , and network looks stable but, this fail over should come online soon.
