Complaint on OS Upgrade
put in a request to have an OS upgrade on a few of my 3pars and the India OS upgrade team seems rather unresponsive. Ticket 5331036808. Dark Site. Simply need to dispatch a qualified CE. Not understanding why the OS team is so unresponsive.

I see that HPE support is working on this upgrade with you to get it fixed.
Please cooperate and reply to the mailers sent by HPE support.
