customer indignation and neglect bought 5 year warranty and only activated 3 on site
Call number opened and resolved in parts of after long time, various emails and calls.

".. Updates contract and warranty status: to ACTIVE, for my 03 ProLiant BL460c Gen9 units, as I need to download drivers, bios, firmware, etc. But as my contract is NOT active on the site all downloads that show the lock symbol I CAN'T perform. Here are attached images. ""

Total disregard with customer, bought 5 years warranty on 03 blade, only activated 03 years. Already sent several emails to partner hp and HPE Point Next, and nothing to solve a simple problem, already send invoice purchase equipment, warranty extension invoice. But for what? If no one solves. Worse, nobody tells me who to look for to resolve this issue several months ago. I only have the worst way to go by referring my legal department to file a lawsuit about it.
Has anyone been through this, if so, how they resolved.
If you could guide me, thank you.
