Configure sendmail on HP-UX 11.23 to relay mail receive from three domains only

I have about 40 HP-UX servers that send their mail to my main server that was configure to relay mail to the individual users.  I thought I had it set up to only allow mail from servers from three domains.  I am running sendmail 8.13.1.  Somone configure this years ago and I'm not  a sendmail gru so I left it alone.  Well our security tested our server and found this hole and I have to correct the problem soon or shutdown sendmail on the server.  I was reading about configuring the access database file.  I do not see one currently under /etc/mail so do i generate it?  There is a aliases.db in the file.    Anyway any assistance from the gru will help me get this problem resolve.
