(These aren't really tar format, these are depots.) You would need to modify install_native.sh such that the swinstall commands point to the depot(s) on your central site.
And as Matti said above, use swcopy to create a directory depot.

Hmm, swreg doesn't tell you that. You can swlist them but not swcopy nor swinstall.
