Enable multi lun

How can I enable multi-lun support in RHEL ES4.0 update2.

To allow for 128 luns per target, add to /etc/modprobe.conf this line:

options scsi_mod max_luns=128

Then reboot.

You need to enable it first before you can use multi-lun support. You can enable this option in the â SCSI Device Configurationâ menu within the cardâ s BIOS which can be accessed at bootup time via pressing the keys. The "SCSI Device Configuration" menu provides the option that will allow the card to be set to support multiple LUN for each SCSI ID.
